Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Marketing and Sales Support Specialist who will work closely with the sales team to ensure they have all the tools and materials needed to excel in their roles. This person will handle marketing content creation, manage social media, oversee the e-commerce platform, and coordinate all marketing-related activities to support sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of wearing multiple hats to keep the sales and marketing functions aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:
• Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product catalogs, for the sales team.
• Ensure that the sales team has all necessary information about products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and planning sales events or meetings, including creating visuals, materials, or presentations.
• Act as the point of contact for sales inquiries related to marketing needs.

2. Marketing Content Creation:
• Develop and design marketing content, such as social media posts, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) to create high-quality visuals for both online and offline use.
• Keep all marketing collateral updated and aligned with the company’s branding and strategy.

3. Social Media Management:
• Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media campaigns with ongoing sales efforts.
• Respond to inquiries and messages on social platforms promptly.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement.

4. E-commerce Management:
• Update and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify or WooCommerce).
• Add new products, remove outdated ones, and ensure all descriptions and images are accurate.
• Implement promotions or discounts as needed.
• Monitor customer inquiries, orders, and feedback on the website.

5. Marketing Coordination:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to support the sales team’s objectives.
• Organize and manage promotional events, ensuring all materials are ready.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, campaigns, and sales support tasks.

6. Administrative Support:
• Maintain an organized archive of marketing materials and resources for easy access by the sales team.
• Keep the sales team informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify or WooCommerce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and management teams.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales support.
