Quality Control Officer

The Quality Control Officer will oversee the quality assurance of food products and services across our restaurants. This role involves monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a consistent level of quality in all our offerings.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen operations, food preparation, and storage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor the sourcing and quality of ingredients.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and food safety practices.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control checks and inspections.
• Collaborate with management to improve overall restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry or restaurant sector.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
