Receptionist

Job Overview:
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression of our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer and direct calls and maintain an organized front desk area.
• Ensure guests comfort while waiting and notify the relevant parties of their arrival
• Manage outgoing mail, coordinate courier services and provide general administrative support to various departments.
• Overseeing messengers schedule and ensure they provide assistance to all needed departments.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to contribute to the reconciliation of accounts.
• Record the BOQs and issue POs with the collaboration with the Engineering and Procurement department.
• Assist the accounting department by releasing cash or check payments to suppliers.
• Support the accounting department by meticulously filing documents, ensuring the organized and efficient storage of essential records.
• Assist the paralegal department with filing, scanning, and follow up on all contracts with clients.
• Additionally, any further responsibilities or tasks as may be assigned by the management in alignment with the scope of work.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor is a plus
• Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Neat and professional appearance
• Must be punctual and reliable
