Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist in Khirbet Qanafar. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with visitors and staff, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute break)
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Night Shifts: None
Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends: Not required

Responsibilities and Obligations
Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude upon arrival
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Prepare meeting rooms (cleaning, arranging notebooks, pens, etc.)
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary supplies (e.g., pens, forms, brochures)
Coordinate with security regarding visitor access
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, send, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
Monitor office security by following safety procedures and maintaining access logs
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Coordinate with the accounting team regarding payment logistics (e.g., DHL)
Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing issues
Follow up on sample records and prepare sample books
Archive samples efficiently
Adhere to company policies and ISO standards
