Marketing Coordinator/Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Representation:
• Deeply understand and embody the brand’s identity, values, and vision.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s tone, message, and goals.
2. Agency Collaboration:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the restaurant chain and the marketing agency.
• Oversee the scope of work, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet expectations.
• Provide regular updates to the owners about the agency’s progress and results.
3. Strategy Implementation:
• Ensure the marketing strategy is being implemented across all locations.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams to align operations with marketing campaigns.
4. Day-to-Day Operations:
• Visit outlets regularly to understand daily operations and customer experience.
• Gather feedback from staff and customers to refine marketing efforts.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Suggest improvements based on data and operational insights.
6. Event Coordination:
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events with the agency’s support
