• Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
• Provide products, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
• Plan and organize sales trips schedule
• Identify sales potentials and develop a respective selling approach
• Submit offers by conferring with sales team
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
• Attend trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date with changes in the industry
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
