A civil engineering office in Beirut is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-time - Office Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Organize and maintain project files, and assist in preparing reports or presentations.
- Handle emails and document distribution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and tracking office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
