Assisting MD to penetrate the market for more projects and new applications, and to introduce our company to new customers, Monitoring for the Competitors’ products and prices



Follow up on customers’ requirements/contracts agreed on in the required documents for suggesting the best product, after coordinating with the different internal departments including the technical services/ customers/ planning/ production


Scheduling all relevant meetings in coordination with MD, starting from the trial meeting until the requesting stage (for any technical or commercial queries to do our best for securing/awarding the job to BCI - SALES) and other meetings (after awarding) to discuss the Deal requirements, progress, financial settlement, outstanding disputes, etc.)


Maintain logs of all communications with the customer in being the focal point with the client in all the stages of the Deal starting from the request stage till the full payment to BCI (Deal Completion)



Coordinate with customer service & the Lab teams regarding the On-time production, testing, inspection, (rechecking the system), (and deliveries) of quality products in accordance with Deal specifications and Prepare the Monthly progress report for the assigned project for clients.


Be aware of the contract conditions which identify the company’s and customer‘s obligations and rights under the contract; And Co-ordinates between all the dept., to complete the assigned tasks in a single point contact system, follow up the collection process system between the company and the client
