Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Coordination:
• Liaise with legal advisors and lawyers on property-related legal matters.
• Track and manage documentation, contracts, and compliance deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of legal communications and filings.

2. Vendor and Procurement Management:
• Oversee the procurement process for supplies, equipment, and services required for operations.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate cost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and handle any disputes with vendors.

3. Store Oversight:
• Supervise and monitor the operations of in-house stores

4. Cleaning and Security Services Management:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning and security service providers.
• Ensure that cleaning schedules and standards are consistently maintained.
• Regularly assess security measures and coordinate with security staff to address any safety concerns
