Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the group digital marketing initiatives, focusing on performance-related ads across multiple platforms (social media and websites).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and expertise in leveraging data to optimize campaigns and journeys.

He would typically possess the following skills sets:
1. Expertise in Meta and Google Ads platforms
2. Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies and best practices.
3. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
4. Website enhancement experience UX-UI – ability to coordinate with web developers
5. Customer journey mapping experience
Ability to use platforms like mail chimp, customer IO, mail bluster or similar
6. Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques
7. Relevant certifications in performance marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) are a must
8. Analytical skills for data reporting and analysis
9. Strong project management and organizational skills.
10. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities are:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads (SEO & SEM), and other relevant channels.
• Design and implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions and audience engagement
• Develop and manage marketing journeys, ensuring a seamless user experience across all customer touchpoints for all the group brands
• Create, analyze, and optimize website landing pages
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals that align with brand objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns
