Ticketing Officer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticket sales and event management for a variety of events, ranging from concerts and festivals to POS Activities and seminars. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of event logistics, customer service, and ticketing systems.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in managing ticketing systems and platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
  • Collaborates with the Ticketing Manager to set ticket pricing, discounts, and sales strategies.
  • Monitors and update ticket inventory and availability.
  • Handles customer inquiries and resolve ticketing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generates daily, weekly, and monthly ticket sales reports.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to design and deploy email, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Engages with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborates with the Customer Service team to address customer feedback and concerns.
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Analyzes ticket sales data, direct marketing metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepares regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Provides insights and recommendations to improve ticket sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assists in budget planning and expense tracking for ticketing and marketing activities.
  • Coordinates with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Supports the Ticketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field


Experience:

2-5 years in relevant experience

  • English and Arabic, French is a plus

Physical Effort:

Job requires frequently participating in events and standing for long hours and working during weekends or holidays if needed after hours and night shifts
