Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Kronfol Homes in Beirut. The Site Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Review and interpret technical drawings, and project plans.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, implement corrective actions, and update project timeline when and if needed
• Collaborate with Procurement department with regards to delivery, storage and application of supplies and material
• Collaborate with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage records.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
