We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement and inventory management across our operations.

Job Overview:
The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement activities for our central kitchen and restaurant locations. This role involves sourcing quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong supplier relationship management skills, a deep understanding of inventory control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:

* Oversee the purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, and supplies for the central kitchen and restaurant chain.
* Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet operational requirements while optimizing cost efficiency.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating prices and terms.
* Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure availability of products without overstocking.

2. Inventory Control:

* Maintain an accurate inventory system to ensure adequate stock levels across all locations.
* Conduct regular stock audits and implement strategies to minimize wastage and spoilage.
* Track the movement of goods from suppliers to the central kitchen and restaurants to ensure proper storage and usage.

3. Quality Assurance:

* Ensure that all purchased products meet company standards for quality and safety.
* Coordinate with the quality control team to verify that supplies comply with health and safety regulations.
4. Cost Management:

*Monitor procurement expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
*Manage budgets for all purchasing activities and provide regular reports on procurement expenditures.

5. Collaboration:

*Work closely with the operations, kitchen, and restaurant teams to understand product needs and order requirements.
*Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain *Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Proven experience (3+ years) as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
*Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier negotiation.
*Knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and product specifications.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
*Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement software and inventory management systems.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
