Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specialized in Engineering Design. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Review and approve the quality of all design deliverables.
• Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and other professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Provide clear direction and support to team members.
• Oversee the engineering design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Monitor and control project variables, such as scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Proactively address, escalate, and resolve issues that may impact project success.
• Implement effective change control procedures.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for engineering design outputs.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Monitor and manage team workload and productivity.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and financial metrics.




Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or Master's degree in Management or Project Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering design projects.
• Design Coordinator experience among various engineering traits.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
