Position Summary:

The Digital and Event Marketing Lead is responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital marketing initiatives and events that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. This role involves leading digital project creation and implementation, as well as planning and coordinating events to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, websites, and paid ads.
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital content, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  1. Event Planning and Management:
  • Plan and execute events, including product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage post-event evaluations, including attendee feedback and ROI analysis.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital and event marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.

  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and event planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutrition industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital campaigns and events.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
