Job Overview:
Allo Transport is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and leading a team to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Allo Transport’s services (Allo Taxi, Allo Express, Allo Bus).
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities.
• Create compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute targeted campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and contribute to the development of the annual marketing strategy.
• Manage advertising budgets and identify new advertising opportunities.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials (leaflets, posters, flyers, etc.), including content writing and proofreading.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Promote the brand both internally and externally, ensuring effective distribution of materials.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve customer interactions.
• Utilize predictive analytics and customer segmentation to forecast trends and create personalized marketing campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses or related service providers to expand brand visibility. Sponsor local events to increase brand recognition and strengthen connections within the community.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication, or Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marketing and Communication field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Leadership experience and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Passion for the transportation/logistics industry is a plus!
