Sales and Marketing Administrator

Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across sales and marketing functions. This includes managing orders, coordinating with distributors, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing accurate reporting. The role requires adaptability, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration:
  • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate stock levels and replenishments with distributors and warehouses.
  • Communicate with clients about pricing, order readiness, and allocations.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, including brochures, tech sheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate events such as tastings, wine fairs, and client visits.
  • Maintain and update social media and client databases (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Reporting and Data Management:
  • Prepare monthly sales and stock reports for management.
  • Track distributor performance and compile depletion reports.
  • Client and Distributor Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for global distributors and clients.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the winery, clients, and external partners.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales administration or marketing support.
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.
