As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at TEDMOB.AI, you will develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex problems. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to create scalable, high-impact AI solutions, while leading optimization efforts and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with product and business goals.
• Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate to improve machine learning models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience as a Software Engineer
• 5+ years of data science and/or machine learning experience.
• Experience delivering production ready machine learning models for structured and unstructured data including LLMs, time series, and tabular models.
• Worked on Generative Agents, Recommender systems, and Knowledge graphs
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding models, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and data augmentation techniques.
• Strong Python software development skills (best practices, documentation, CI/CD).
• Experience deploying and monitoring production models (MLOps).
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark).
• Deep Knowledge of Machine learning & Deep Learning frameworks.
