Duty: Monday to Friday 9:00Am to 5:00Pm, Saturday 9:00Am to 2:00Pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure all locations run efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Monitor and enforce company policies to ensure compliance across all branches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to sales staff to improve performance and customer service.
- Work closely with branch managers to ensure smooth operations and consistency across all stores.
- Handle inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and staff development.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and sales trends.Work with the Marketing Department to support the execution of marketing campaigns, enhance product visibility, and ensure consistent product identity across all branches.Assist in planning and implementing promotional events and sales initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar managerial role within the retail or furniture industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
