JOB PURPOSE:

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the administration of the warehouse, as well as other warehouse operations such as stock control and team management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Warehouse Supervision Assistance:

• Assist in supervising the warehouse in terms of administration and operation to ensure optimal service.
• Divide the orders among the pickers in order to execute delivery in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Divide the orders per geographical location in order to provide them to the distribution unit.
• Assist in supervising the proper organization of products in the warehouse as per the set guidelines.
• Extract the sales orders from the WMS in order to perform any replenishment needed in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure service quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Stock Control:

• Control the container upon reception to ensure that a correct order has been received in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Control the invoice after picking in order to avoid discrepancies.
• Monitor the expiry date of all products in order to ensure the best quality for our clients.
• Assist in managing the return products received from clients in order to add these products to the warehouse inventory.

Team Management:

• Ensure that the assigned responsibilities within the team are well performed.
• Manage, coach and motivate the team in order to lead them toward high performance.
• Delegate tasks effectively to others and ensure that they have the needed skills to succeed in order to have an effective and efficient flow of activities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Technical Degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Logistics. Experience in a warehouse is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
