StoreKeeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for organizing and maintaining stock, receiving and dispatching goods, managing inventory, keeping records of transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse as well as performing all related data entry transactions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Receive supplier’s orders.
•Control and follow-up on the quality of the received orders.
•Monitor expiry dates of all products.
•Coordinate return orders Process.
•Ensure good storage condition and adequate spaces in order to avoid any inventory damage.
•Prepare and deliver the outlets orders/Transfers.
•Accurately process all related data entry.
•Contribute in the control of invoices.
•Perform inventory control as required, in order to avoid discrepancies.
•Perform Periodic and annual physical inventory as per the company rules and regulations.
•Prepare relevant reports as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum a Baccalaureate level is required; university degree is a plus.
•Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
•Good understanding of warehouse management procedures.
•Good command in Microsoft office.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Time management skills.
•Good communication skills – written and verbal.
