Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, analyze, and repair product failures efficiently.
-Implement solutions following a predefined scope of work and timeline.
-Provide customer support, including equipment assembly, installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, evaluating, repairing, testing, and removal of low to mid-level hardware and software products.
-Regularly inspect and assess the efficiency of services and products to ensure optimal performance.
-Communicate directly with clients to ensure mutual understanding of issues and repair solutions.
-Maintain a clean and organized workshop to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
-Repair mobile phones and tablets, ensuring timely and accurate fixes.
-Assist the technical team in supporting additional product lines as needed.
-Conduct field support visits when required to provide on-site troubleshooting and repair.
-Perform system data entry to document repairs, inventory usage, and customer interactions.
-Manage spares withdrawal and stock deliveries to ensure the availability of necessary repair components.

Qualifications:

- Education: BT, TS, or University degree in Electronics or a related technical field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs.
- 1- 3 years of experience
