HR operations officer

Responsibilities:

Manage HR systems and databases to ensure employee records are accurately maintained.
Oversee employee documentation, including contracts, performance appraisals, and leave records.
Ensure HR operations comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, and training needs.
Coordinate training schedules, track employee development programs, and support the creation of training materials.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
