• The Juicer has the responsibility of achieving great and strong E-Campus knowledge, including but not limited to recipes and Daily Concept Workflow.
• The Juicer will be based on their knowledge function as a 360 function who understands and knows all stations BTC (behind the counter) including a strong knowledge in Product Quality and always ensures to deliver high product quality products to our guests.
• The Juicer will achieve a strong knowledge of the menu and nutritional values, which will allow them to guide and recommend products to our guests.
• The Juicer will be responsible for cleaning and executing of Daily Concept Workflow, Trail and responsibilities communicated by their Bar Manager or Shift Manager. Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and following the brands SOP to be followed and executed daily, which includes but not limited to, opening tasks, closing tasks and daily re-stock.
• The Juicer will achieve and possess a great Brand understanding and daily performing based on the brand Manifest of Much more, acting and performing as a team player considering the brand’s non-discrimination values. The Juicer will act with Brand Behavior and ambience, while operating BTC and embracing the culture and legacy of J&TJ.
• We expect the Juicer to work actively to understand and achieve strong brand and operational understanding including but not limited to, during their training period but every day, when coming to work.
• To daily use and follow the Daily Concept Workflow, brand SOPs and other tasks informed, to support the Bar Manager and Shift Manager to ensure operational excellence BTC. Including but not limited to, daily cleaning tasks, Trail execution, preparation based on Ideal Prep, opening, and closing tasks.
• To always make and serve the highest product quality that is reflected in the brand standard on E-Campus, and never compromise product quality over speed. To always pace themselves to achieve Correct Waiting Time and great guest experiences.
• To always be the best version of themselves while being at work, embracing and ensuring the characteristic JOE Ambience, high and positive energy, and professional Brand Behavior. Always working to become better and supporting in creating a heathy work environment, with good communication with the team and the Management team.
• To always follow and use hygiene and food safety procedures while at work.
• We expect the Juicer to be supportive and helpful to any new Juicers joining the team, supporting them on the different stations and brand understanding.
• Follow and achieve daily target, KPI’s and other sales objective to help the business grow including but not limited to up sell, more sell, and the sales of loyalty card including following all company policies
