Job description:

Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
Prepares and review MEP specifications for projects.
prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
Maintain material suppliers’ database
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
Support in quantity surveying tasks and prepare bill of quantities.

Qualifications:
Must Have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
5 to 7 years of Experience
Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, word and power point) required.
Capable of working with BIM, CAD and Revit and understanding design drawings.
Have capability to analyze received data.
Have experience in preparing BOQ.
Capable of working under pressure.
Must be living in Khaldeh or nearby Suburbs.
