Laboratory Supervisor

We Are looking for a laboratory supervisor for an industrial company

Duties:
1- Supervise the Laboratory Performance including its team
2- Organize the workflow of the department
3- Train new hires and evaluate performance
4- Identify improvement opportunities
5- Set team member goals in accordance with manager expectations
6- Generate reports according to set KPI and analyze gaps
7- Request purchase of laboratory equipment
8- Enforce the safety guidelines at workplace

Candidate Profile:
- BA Business / TS electricity or Mechanic
- At least 8 Years Experience as Laboratory Supervisor
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Good command of English and French
- Living in the surrounding area of Nahr Ibrahim
- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
