• Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket’s online ordering system.
• Check every order (order that cointain a lots of replacement , order of a loyal customer,order that countain fresh vegtables).
• Monitor the platform for technical issues(contact the support), product listings.
• Regularly update product details, including prices, descriptions, and images, to ensure that the online catalog is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide support to online shoppers by resolving issues related to orders, refunds, delivery(no delay), and by asking them about their privilege card.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure that the items are out of stock.
• Provide us a day to day report with the out of stock item and are ordered by the customers
• Provide us once a week with the customer feedbacks
