We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer – Services to support our Food & Beverage (F&B), catering, and restaurant operations. The HR Officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of key executives. Working closely with the Office & HR Manager, the role ensures that HR policies, performance tracking, and operational standards align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & KPI Management:
• Oversee and track the KPIs of service team executives to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.
• Analyze performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance, address challenges, and implement corrective measures.
HR Administration & Compliance:
• Implement HR policies that align with the needs of a fast-paced F&B, catering, and restaurant business.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training for key service roles.
Training & Development:
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs for kitchen, purchasing, quality control, and cost management teams.
• Work with department heads to implement structured career development plans.
Operational Support & Coordination:
• Ensure seamless collaboration between central kitchen, purchasing, quality control, and cost control teams.
• Support the Office & HR Manager in improving workflows and streamlining operations.
• Assist in auditing quality and efficiency standards within the service departments.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Act as a key HR point of contact for service team employees to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement employee welfare programs, engagement initiatives, and motivation strategies to enhance productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, catering, or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific compliance.
• Experience in KPI tracking, performance evaluation, and team management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
