We are looking for Outdoor Sales Representatives across all of Lebanon. (Except Beirut)
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients in various industries requiring shipping and logistics services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with customers to close deals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
- Promote the company’s full range of shipping services, including freight forwarding, courier services, and warehousing solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and logistics challenges.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve service offerings.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on invoices and payments to ensure timely collection.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or freight industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
