Outdoor Sales Representative

We are looking for Outdoor Sales Representatives across all of Lebanon. (Except Beirut)



Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in various industries requiring shipping and logistics services.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with customers to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
  • Promote the company’s full range of shipping services, including freight forwarding, courier services, and warehousing solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and logistics challenges.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve service offerings.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up on invoices and payments to ensure timely collection.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or freight industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
