Showroom Manager – Trucks & Spare Parts

As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of sales associates, maintain inventory, and promote our range of trucks and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain proper display of trucks and spare parts.

2. Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

5. Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to improve showroom performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the automotive or trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of trucks, spare parts, and related products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
