We are seeking a Corporate Relations Representative to act as the face of our company in social and professional settings. This person will be responsible for representing the company and its partners at events, delivering gifts and flowers as a gesture of goodwill, and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts. The ideal candidate is well-mannered, articulate, and fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company and its partners at social events, business gatherings, and special occasions.
Deliver gifts and flowers on behalf of the company to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain a graceful and professional presence at all times.
Build and nurture strong relationships with business partners, clients, and industry contacts.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company’s reputation and image are upheld.
Assist in coordinating events when required.
Handle light administrative tasks related to company representation.

Requirements:
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-mannered, presentable, and confident in social and professional settings.
Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.
Previous experience in public relations, hospitality, corporate communications, or executive assistance is a plus.
Flexibility to attend events outside of standard working hours.
Discretion and professionalism in handling company matters.

Preferred Background:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in corporate relations, PR, luxury hospitality, event management, or high-level executive assistance is highly desirable
