Warehouse Storekeeper

Malak Al Tawouk - Lebanon
Malak Al Tawouk is currently hiring a Storekeeper for its warehouse in Tabarja.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Checks emails daily to make sure that all outlets are receiving their orders on time and that there has been no incident from the previous day.
• Determine daily orders after reading and checking all emails and orders received from outlets.
• Investigates items delivered from suppliers, verifies their accuracy against the corresponding delivery notes, and conducts quality checks through visual inspection on quality of supplies received.
• Verifies the quantity received from suppliers using a checklist.
• Supervises the loading process in the morning when workers are loading vans.
• Supervises the work of employees when unloading suppliers’ vans.
• Receives supplies from suppliers after conducting quality checks and visual inspection on quality and quantity.
• Keeps up to date on the company’s inventory level to be aware of any shortage or surplus in items available.
• Initiates all purchase requests to always keep stock items available.
• Collaborates with head office’s departments especially SC, HR, CK, Quality and cost to investigate reasons behind any changes in stock level.
• Maintains warehouse’s cleanliness to protect products and items available in the warehouse.
• Ensures an effective and good relationship with suppliers and franchisees through avoiding conflicts and negativity.
• Solves variances in stock issues by collaborating with the Supply Chain, accounting, cost control and HR department.
• Inspects expiry dates of items and make sure that the FIFO is applied,
• Organizes inventory in a way making all items and products easy to reach and accessible easily.
• Registers all items received by suppliers and provides them to the accounting departments.
• Registers sales transaction conducted in company’s warehouse on the software system.
• Informs the HR department about shortages in uniforms.
• Adheres to the company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Preforms other duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field.
• Data Analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related filed
