Sales Manager - Odoo

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager.


Main Duties:



  • Manage and expand sales pipelines in the MENA region, focusing on software and data projects.

  • Utilize Odoo CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities efficiently.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to market needs and business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target clients.

  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight SCOPSIS's solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and support.

  • Provide sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to refine sales approaches.

Skills


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales or business development in the tech industry.

  • Proven expertise in selling software development and data solutions.

  • Proficiency in Odoo CRM and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

  • Experience working with government or large corporate clients is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
