We are hiring an F&B Operations Manager for a Reputable Dining venue in Beirut area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant or F&B locations
• Support and develop the team to drive success
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue and control operational costs
• Ensure accurate pricing, billing and financial reporting
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle complaints
• Recruit, train and supervise F&B staff
• Collaborate with chefs and managers to standardize menus
Skills
Key Qualifications:
• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar
• Age between 30-45
• 7 to 10 Years of Experience in Fine Dining Management
• Fluency in English and French
