The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, VP of Finance, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting techniques.
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex financial data.
