Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Report on buying trends, customer needs and products shortage.
4. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
5. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.


Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Proven successful experience as a retail Store Supervisor.
3. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or any relevant field.
4. Customer management skills
