Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present marketing solutions that meet their objectives.
Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the agency’s services and demonstrating how they will add value to the client’s business.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals and quotes based on the client’s needs and budget.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of agency revenue goals.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress, and report regularly to the Sales Manager or Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital services environment.
Strong understanding of marketing services and solutions, such as digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with B2B sales in a marketing or agency environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies
