Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Manage documentation, correspondence, and reporting.
• Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). French is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualities:
• Previous experience in an assistant or administrative role.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
