We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Engineer in Networking and Telecom to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of networking concepts and telecom systems, eager to learn and contribute to various projects. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited industry experience looking to kickstart their careers in telecommunications and network engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telecom systems.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for network connectivity issues and telecom services.
• Monitor network performance and ensure service availability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to review and optimize network configurations and telecom infrastructure.
• Participate in installations, upgrades, and migrations of networking hardware/software.
• Document network designs, configurations, and incident reports for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in networking and telecommunications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, routing and switching).
• Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and telecom systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Skills:
• Internship or project experience in networking or telecom.
• Knowledge of networking tools and software (e.g., Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer).
• Certifications such as CCNA are a plus, but not mandatory
