Admin Assistant / Secretary (Kaskas - Beirut)

Balkis - Lebanon - Beirut
* Answering incoming calls, greeting customers and transferring internally
* Taking customer orders and providing needed support over the phone
* Screening incoming calls
* General secretarial duties: filing, scans, emails, ordering stationery and office supplies
* Supporting accounting activities (data entry) when needed
* Any other task assigned by the management

** Educational Background & Requirements:
* Minimum BT or LT education, or higher
* Experience: 4 – 5 years in a similar role
* Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)

** Technical Skills:
* Basic PC skills especially Excel and Word
* Typing English and Arabic
* Experience with Visual Dolphin or similar system is a plus
** Soft Skills:
* Patient team player with strong yet warm personality
* Detail oriented and able to multi-task

Priority is for local candidates.
Hours: Mon to Friday from 9 to 5, and Sat from 9 to 2
