Marketing and Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for both marketing and sales. The Marketing and Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales. This person will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate marketing efforts, including campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., design, product, etc.) to develop engaging marketing materials.
Sales:

Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and sell company products/services to potential customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a marketing and sales agent, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
