About Segno Concept Store: Segno is a unique retail concept store offering a curated selection of high-quality, stylish, and innovative designers products. Responsibilities: : • Engage with customers to create a memorable shopping experience. • Maintain product displays and ensure store aesthetics align with brand standards • Assist with inventory and stock management. • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information. •Process sales transactions and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems. Qualifications: • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven retail sales experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or upscale retail. • Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices. • Proficiency in using POS systems and store operations software. • Language: Fluency in English is required; French is a major plus.
