Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR/Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in managing administrative, human resources, and financial accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry and be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and licenses.
Human Resources:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Process payroll, leaves, and benefits in compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed.
• Handle employee grievances and provide necessary support.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Create job descriptions and post job openings.
• Filter, contact, shortlist, and interview candidates.
Accounting & Finance:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT filings, and audits.
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Work closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Submit Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Variance Reports regularly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Admin, HR, and Accounting roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR policies, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
