Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Workshop Assistant to support the Director/Owner of a fashion and home accessories design workshop. This role involves managing the team, distributing orders, and ensuring a smooth workflow between the workshop and the shop. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, specifically in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director/Owner in managing the daily operations of the workshop.
- Distribute orders and tasks to workshop employees, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Organize and maintain the workflow between the workshop and the shop.
- Ensure the shop displays are attractive, fully stocked, and properly organized.
- Use Photoshop and Illustrator

Key Requirements:

- Background in fashion, home accessories, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in managing teams or overseeing workflow in a creative or workshop environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills, able to interact with both the team and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in a retail or workshop environment is advantageous
