We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and possess a proven track record of creating impactful designs for branding, marketing, and corporate communication. The candidate will play a key role in shaping our company’s visual identity, including rebranding initiatives, company profiles, presentations, catalogs, and logo design.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Storytelling:
• Transform complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
• Create engaging visuals for presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials.
Branding & Rebranding:
• Develop and execute creative ideas for new brand logos and rebranding initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms and materials.
Design Development:
• Design and produce high-quality company catalogs, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visuals that align with business goals.
Presentation Design:
• Create visually stunning and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
Creative Leadership:
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers (if applicable).
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to ensure innovative and modern outputs.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, presentations, and marketing materials.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of presentation tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
