Pearl Brands is looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. This role includes managing payables, preparing financial reports, coordinating with banks and regulatory entities, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Monitoring bank transactions.
- Managing accounts payable.
- Coordinating with banks.
- Preparing financial reports, including prepaid expenses, accruals, and asset management.
- Managing financial records and monitoring transactions for different business units.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Posting fixed assets and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring for financial planning and cost control.
- Supporting the accounting team with existing and new tasks as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
