1. Develop and propose infrastructure designs that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and inform planning.
3. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports for construction projects.
4. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and material considerations.
5. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
6. Address technical challenges and provide solutions during the construction process.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
8. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
9. Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress, assess risks, and resolve issues.
10. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.


Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in in civil engineering projects
• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro. and other engineering softwares. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Knowledge of budgeting and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
