As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's human resources requirements. Your role will involve handling recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
