Working Hours:
Mon Till Friday from 8:00am till 5:00m
Saturday from 9:00am till 1:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience
2-Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner and validate if appointment was taken
3-Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around
4-Open a “Job Card” after checking the car and get client signature
5-Validate if needed job/repair is within warranty. If not, liaise with warranty manager for approval
6-Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for on-going required maintenance of their vehicle
7-Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
8-Communicate frequently with different team leaders and technicians to ensure timely completion of work

9- Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the Customer wants to be informed

10-Create a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer

11-Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

12-Set and achieve targeted sales goals

13-Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information

14-Control and ensure that all jobs were performed properly
