Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our LinkedIn marketing and broader business development initiatives. This role is critical in building brand awareness, driving partnership opportunities, and accelerating growth for our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to boost brand presence and generate high-quality leads.
Create compelling content (posts, articles, and multimedia) that highlights our value propositions for both Petal.io and SOP Platform.
Business Development:
Identify and engage with potential partners, including system integrators, AI startups, and industry stakeholders.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with our internal marketing and product teams to align messaging, refine positioning, and optimize campaign performance.
Utilize data analytics to track campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies, and report on key performance metrics.
Community Building:
Foster a vibrant network of industry professionals and potential partners through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing and business development, with a strong track record on LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
Experience in B2B marketing within the technology, industrial automation, or software development sectors is a plus.
